All spas include standard delivery to ground level concrete pad or to ground level driveway/garage if site isn't ready. Electrical hook up is the responsibility of the home owner. Once filled with water, we will come perform spa school and start the spa up. Cover, step, and start up chemicals included on spas. Swim spa steps +250 to 500, couple options available.
